"I had been having what I considered an inordinate number of problems (and expense) with my 2 old geothermal units. I provided Scott with the details which he reviewed along with his records. He then came to my house, made a proposal for 2 new units - offering a price break on the larger unit - and spent considerable time answering my questions. The installation was split across a weekend which was somewhat inconvenient but nonetheless satisfactory. The installation crew was great. It was a pleasure to work with the entire crew at Quality H&AC and I am looking forward to (and expecting!) many years of trouble free service from my new units." Ken E.
"I was very impressed with the american standard install process. My system was ancient and I basically needed a whole new install. Quality HVAC handled it with aplomb. We sat down and went straight to what my options were and exactly how much energy efficiency I could finance/afford. I'm very glad for the financing deal. It was a very good rate and one less headache as my old system had gone belly up. The installation process went smoothly. I had never turned anyone loose in my house before to do any kind of work, but didn't feel like sitting home and being bored. I was pleasantly surprised by the install personnel's demeanor and rapidity with which the whole job progressed. Floors were cut and ceilings opened up, and when all done, barely even noticed anyone had been there. The initial consultation was great, and I can't stress enough how integral your installers are to the good faith of the customers. Basically this couldn't have gone any better than it did. and I still can't believe how awesomely quiet the indoor and outdoor units are. Simply amazing. "They just put in a heating and air conditioning unit for me and my wife about a month ago. They replaced the duct work in the garage, cleaned our duct work, replaced the furnace and air conditioner, and sealed our duct work throughout the house. Member Comments: They are very detailed oriented, very friendly and thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. I had 4 quotes and their price wasn't the lowest, but the best price for what they were offering. They were extremely good on punctuality and I will give them all high ratings. I would use them in the future if needed. I am definitely not related, although I work for the government." BR
"Removed old gas furnace and air conditioner, installed geo-thermal heating/cooling system with digital thermostat, installed additional ductwork for a recent home addition, and installed a new humidifier. Also arranged contact with the loop installer so I could work directly with them to get the most desirable layout, and coordinated their work schedule with the loop installer.
All work went well. The installers were courteous and kept everything clean and neat. They were easy to coordinate the installation details with (location of supply and return lines, etc) and did an excellent job." BH

All of the personnel were pleasant to work with. The job was done on schedule with efficiency and good follow-up." DG
"Late at night, I noticed a bad smell coming from the vent, especially in the rooms closest to the furnace. (It was similar to that odor you get the first time the furnace runs for the season.) During the night, the temperature dropped to 63 and the furnace would start to heat up but would shut off instead of blow heated air. I called Quality at 9 in the morning and she said she would have a technician there in the afternoon. He called around noon and was there by 1. The blower motor had gone out and he was able to get the part and make the repair by 3 pm. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and was friendly and professional throughout the process." KO
"We were having problems with our 20 year old geothermal furnace system. We called this company for service. They showed up right on time and the cost of repair was very low. Knowing that we would need a new system before winter, we had them install a new geothermal water furnace. They showed up exactly on time, even calling first. They were at our house all day and couldn't have been nicer people. We are very happy with their entire staff and the quality of their product. In addition to installing the system, they gave us a $2,500 rebate form for REMC (our electric company). After our experience with them, we wouldn't call anyone else." SF

He discussed my planned methods for insulating and air sealing, and actually suggested improvements that enabled us to size the system more accurately. He picked up details that other contractors missed, even to the point of improving the drainage of the geothermal gound loop. The experience was great." AL
