"I had been having what I considered an inordinate number of problems (and expense) with my 2 old geothermal units. I provided Scott with the details which he reviewed along with his records. He then came to my house, made a proposal for 2 new units - offering a price break on the larger unit - and spent considerable time answering my questions. The installation was split across a weekend which was somewhat inconvenient but nonetheless satisfactory. The installation crew was great. It was a pleasure to work with the entire crew at Quality H&AC and I am looking forward to (and expecting!) many years of trouble free service from my new units." Ken E.

"I was very impressed with the american standard install process. My system was ancient and I basically needed a whole new install. Quality HVAC handled it with aplomb. We sat down and went straight to what my options were and exactly how much energy efficiency I could finance/afford. I'm very glad for the financing deal. It was a very good rate and one less headache as my old system had gone belly up. The installation process went smoothly. I had never turned anyone loose in my house before to do any kind of work, but didn't feel like sitting home and being bored. I was pleasantly surprised by the install personnel's demeanor and rapidity with which the whole job progressed. Floors were cut and ceilings opened up, and when all done, barely even noticed anyone had been there. The initial consultation was great, and I can't stress enough how integral your installers are to the good faith of the customers. Basically this couldn't have gone any better than it did. and I still can't believe how awesomely quiet the indoor and outdoor units are. Simply amazing.
